JDM-Food Innovator has worked in close collaboration with a European producer on a unique extraction method to obtain a plant based extract with unique “foaming” properties. The food ingredient, which has been used in traditional food products for decades, creates a stable foam layer in a completely natural and vegan way. A perfect fit for clean label applications. This product can also be used for other protein replacement applications.
